Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
2 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Place cabbage in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over cabbage.
Cook, covered, for 9 to 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Stir once during cooking period.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
