Ham And Cheese Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. diced ham pieces
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 slices American cheese
    1/4 c. diced onions and green peppers, if desired
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine the eggs and milk and beat together well.
    In a large skillet that is lightly greased, pour in the egg mixture.
    As the eggs cook, sprinkle the ham down the center of the omelette and place the cheese over the ham.
    (Add onions and green peppers at this time, also.)
    Using a spatula, check the bottom of the omelette for doneness.
    If bottom side appears to be cooked well, using the spatula, fold in each side of the omelette, overlapping the two sides as they meet and flip the omelette.
    Let cook for only a few minutes more.
