Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (11 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (about 4 oz.)
Preparation

Combine everything, except cheese and chips, in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Combine cheese and chips; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
