Rice Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. rice
1 medium jar sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 cans beef bouillon
Preparation

Saut onion in margarine. Place remaining ingredients in large casserole. Stir in sauteed onion. Mix well. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir well. Cook about 40 minutes longer at 300\u00b0. Serve hot with any meat. Serves 6 to 8.
