Hard Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. cinnamon oil (or any flavored oil)
food coloring (any color)
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cook sugar, corn syrup and water to hard crack stage at 300\u00b0. Remove
from
heat\tand
stir
in
rest of ingredients, except confectioners
sugar.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on cookie sheet.
Quickly pour mixture onto confectioners sugar. Let\tcool completely.
Sprinkle
more
confectioners sugar on top.
Break into bite size pieces.
