Rotel Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. chopped tomatoes, drained
    8 hot peppers, chopped
    2 sweet peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. canning salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar (to each pt.)
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Wash cucumbers.
    Slice cucumbers in gallon jar.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups of salt over cucumbers in jar.
    Add water to cover cucumbers in jar and let stand for 9 days.
