Apple Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 diced apples
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside.
    Mix last 3 in a separate bowl, then stir in dry ingredients.
    Top with cinnamon-sugar.
    Bake in muffin pan at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve warm.
