Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 ears fresh sweet corn
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. white flour
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk (whole)
dash of salt
Preparation

Grate corn off cob.
Add egg yolks to milk and blend.
Whip whites of eggs until stiff.
Blend grated corn, egg and milk, salt and flour.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
