Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium white potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Cool and peel.
    Cut into cubes (or mash).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    More mayonnaise may be added to achieve desired consistency.
    Chill for about 1 hour.
