Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Self-rising flour may be substituted for the plain flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients until creamy.
    Sift together the remaining ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
    Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
