Rice-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Minute long grain wild rice mix
    1/2 c. onion, cut up
    1/2 c. celery, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
    parsley
Preparation
    Prepare rice.
    Cook onions and celery in butter until tender, not brown.
    Add all ingredients to cooked rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes uncovered.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Use 7 1/2 x 12-inch dish.
