Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
2 or 3 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
juice of 1 lemon
Ritz crackers (enough to cover mixture)
1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and juices.
Add pineapple to evenly cover mixture.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers that have been crumbled in stick of melted oleo.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until thick.
