Pork And Cabbage Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork tenderloin, cut into strips
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 large cabbage, thinly sliced
    rice noodles
    3 Tbsp. light oil
Preparation
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons oil until clear; remove. Add meat to oil and brown.
    Add soy sauce and simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Add cabbage and cover.
    Stir occasionally and simmer until cabbage is soft, about 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice noodles.
