Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large bag tortilla chips, crushed
    1 lb. diced Cheddar cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    bay leaf
    garlic clove
Preparation
    Boil chicken with bay leaf and garlic clove for 45 minutes. Remove bone from chicken.
    Layer chicken, cheese, chips, soups, pepper, onion and tomatoes alternating in casserole dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 minutes.
