Breakfast Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. sausage
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. chopped new potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 medium chopped green chili
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
8 to 10 flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain and set aside.
In same pan, melt margarine.
Add potatoes, onions and green chili.
Saute until potatoes are done.
Blend milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Add egg mixture and sausage to potatoes.
Cook until eggs are done.
Serve on warm tortillas with hot sauce.
