Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cut up cooked turkey or chicken
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch). Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
