Red Bell Pepper Over Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped red pepper
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 box crackers (any kind)
Preparation
    Boil first 3 ingredients together for 15 minutes.
    Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
    Serve over cream cheese.
    Eat with crackers.
