Meat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ready-made pie crust
1/2 lb. bacon or sausage, browned and crumbled
4 eggs
1/3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 onion, diced
Preparation

Sprinkle meat into uncooked pie crust.
Cover with cheese, then onion.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over ingredients in pie crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 15 minutes, until golden brown.
