French Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs, beaten light (important)
    2 c. granulated sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    7 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour, butter and powdered sugar until crumbly. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Lightly beat eggs.
    Mix remaining ingredients together; add to eggs.
    Pour over hot crust.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool; cut into bars. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
