Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 cups of lukewarm water.
    Add oil, sugar, egg and flour.
    Blend by hand.
    Place batter in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    Spoon into muffin tins about 2/3 full and let rise in warm spot about 1 hour.\tBatter will keep in refrigerator for a few days.
    Makes 4 dozen.
