Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Press crumbs into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Beat remaining ingredients together, except cinnamon, until smooth. Pour batter into pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Then turn off oven and allow cake to stay in oven for 1 more hour.
