Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. buttermilk (fat-free or low-fat)
    2 boxes sugar-free jello (any flavor you like)
    1 (16 oz.) tub fat-free Cool Whip
    2 pie crusts (baked or graham cracker)
Preparation
    Use a large skillet and bring pineapple and jello to a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. Add buttermilk and Cool Whip. Put into crusts. Refrigerate. This will usually make 2 pies.
