Beef Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chip steak
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon
    5 thinly sliced onions
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Lay small pieces of steak flat and salt and pepper each one. Cut bacon and lay on top of steak.
    Top with onions.
    Then roll up each piece and secure with toothpicks or tie with string.
    Put roast 1 1/2 hours until tender, simmering in the tomatoes and water.
