Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 c. rice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. Campbell's mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour boiling water and salt over rice.
    Layer cut-up chicken pieces on top. Spread mushroom soup over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Test for doneness.
    Serves 4.
