Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 stick margarine, cubed
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice and boil carrots until tender; drain carrots. In a 2-quart casserole, layer carrots, then Velveeta. Dot with margarine. Top with crushed crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
