Poppy Seed Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3 eggs or 3/4 c. egg substitute
    1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except orange juice and powdered sugar.
    Beat for 2 minutes in large bowl.
    Spray two 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Remove from pans and sprinkle with powdered sugar and orange rind while still warm.
    Makes 18 servings each (1 fat, 125 calories and 31 mg sodium).
