Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
4 c. flour (all-purpose, unbleached)
5 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
8 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Mix and keep in refrigerator for 4 to 6 weeks.
Add more flour, if necessary.
