Irene'S Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    In medium bowl, flake salmon; add cream cheese and mix.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Form into ball, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
    Place on serving plate and sprinkle with nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
