Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. cheese of choice
Preparation
    Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds.
    Precook green peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Let cool.
