1 large pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (Jell-O), use pie directions
3 packets Equal
1 (8 oz.) lite Cool Whip
1 (7 oz.) bag coconut
Preparation

Cook pie crust by directions.
Make pie filling by directions. Add coconut and Equal; top with Cool Whip.
