Sylvia'S Corn Pudding Casserole(Century Old Southern Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. tender cut corn
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in a casserole dish. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes on High and stir. Cook 11 to 14 minutes on 80% power until almost set. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
