Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain.
Stir oleo into hot spaghetti, then stir in Parmesan cheese and well beaten eggs.
Form mixture into a crust in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cottage cheese in the middle.
Cook hamburg and onion in a skillet.
Drain.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Heat. Turn this mixture on top of cottage cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more.
