Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 baked pie shell
1 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
milk as needed for pudding
whipped topping
Preparation

Mix sugar and peanut butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle this mixture into bottom of pie shell, reserving a little to garnish top of pie.
Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package. Pour pudding over sugar-peanut butter mixture.
Top with whipped topping and reserved crumbs.
