Rhubarb Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 small pkg. strawberry jello
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    cookie crust
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb
    and sugar together until done.
    Add jello and mix.
    Whip\tevaporated
    milk and lemon juice and fold into cooled jello/rhubarb mixture.
    Use your favorite cookie crust in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.\tPour mixture over crust and refrigerate.
    Serves 12 to 15.
