Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
1/3 c. applesauce
1/4 c. finely cut onion
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
4 wieners, sliced diagonally
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except wieners, and mix well.
Pour kraut mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Slash wieners diagonally, but not completely through, and arrange on kraut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until wieners are lightly brown.
Makes 4 servings.
