Six Course Dinner In A Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
2 c. celery, chopped fine
2 c. onions, sliced
1 c. green peppers, chopped
salt and pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
-
Place layers of first 4 ingredients in a buttered casserole seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
Spread the raw meat over top and cover with the tomatoes.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
