Carrot Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. shredded carrots
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. raisins
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. lemon
Preparation

Combine carrots, raisins and walnuts in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; stir well and add to carrot mix. Toss gently.
