Turkey Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw boneless turkey, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 carrot, julienned
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. pea pods, trimmed
    cooked rice (optional)
    1/3 c. cashews (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry turkey in oil over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove turkey and keep warm.
    Stir-fry the onion, carrot, green pepper and mushrooms until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
