Meat, Rice, Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat (of your choice; we prefer cube steak)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Line bottom of casserole dish with meat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover meat with rice.
    Mix mushroom soup with 1 can water and pour over rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Serve with your choice of vegetables.
