Niku Jaga - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 grams beef or pork
    600 grams potato
    1/2 carrot
    2 onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. green peas
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sake
    5 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Simmer until potatoes become soft.
    Add green peas and turn off heat and serve as soon as peas are hot through.
