Viva La Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 or 2 (7 oz.) cans green chili salsa
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and bone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
    Cut corn tortillas into 1-inch strips or squares.
    Combine soups, milk, onion and salsa.
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Arrange 1/2 of the tortillas in pan.
    Top with half of the chicken, olives and mushrooms.
    Repeat.
    Pour soup mixture over all.
    Top with full pound of cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
