Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 tsp. onion salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whip well and store in Tupperware up to 2 weeks.
    Reheat in oven or microwave.
