Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked turkey
1 (4 oz.) jar drained mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour onto plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
