Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream (whipping cream with 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
The dough should be soft.
Use only a little flour when rolling dough.
Cut out cookies and bake on cookie sheet for about 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
