Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, chunky style
    black pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
    Drain and toss with drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
