Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury hot roll mix
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaped)
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. oleo or butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
cinnamon
Preparation

Mix hot roll mix according to directions.
Let set for 15 minutes.
Press 1/2 hot roll mix into 9 x 12-inch greased pan. Use other half of hot roll mix for rolls.
Grease saucepan.
Mix together in saucepan on stove the flour, milk and cornstarch. Cook and stir until the consistency of thick cream.
Add more cornstarch if needed.
Add the eggs, sugar, oleo and half and half to mixture.
Stir until thick.
Pour into pan as prepared. Sprinkle with cinnamon as desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is brown.
