Mexi-Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
    1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 375\u00b0.
    Reserve 1 cup of corn chips and 1/2 cup
    of
    cheese.
    Combine remaining chips and cheese with the chili,
    sauces and onion;
    pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Spread top with sour cream.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese and corn chips.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
