Pasta With Chicken And Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 medium onion, chopped
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 to 2/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
    1 c. sun-dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil, chopped and drained
    olive oil from sun-dried tomatoes
    1 lb. fettuccine or linguine
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 3-inch strips.
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil until wilted.
    Add chicken and brown, stirring frequently.
    Add basil and sun-dried tomatoes to skillet and saute for 2 minutes.
    Cook pasta according to package.
    Toss hot pasta and sauce together in serving bowl; add extra oil from tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 4.
