Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10-inch pie crust
    1/2 lb. chopped bacon
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend together beaten eggs, salt, milk and flour.
    Reserve a bit of bacon.
    Press the rest of the bacon into the pie crust. Next, add the cheese the same way.
    Pour on the egg mixture. Finally, sprinkle with the extra bacon. Put in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
