Hot Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill muffin pans half full and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
